Solid Waste Department Ensures Regular Waste Collection on Labor Day

On Labor Day, September 4, 2023, the City of Miami's Department of Solid Waste will still provide regular garbage, recycling, and bulky trash services. If you're scheduled for pickup on Monday, make sure to place your items out the night before, about five feet away from other objects. If you have big items, you can take them to the Mini Dump Facility at 1290 NW 20th St. It's open from 8 am to 4 pm on weekdays and 8 am to 12 noon on Saturdays. Just remember to prove you're a Miami resident when using the facility.
