SANCTUARY: Our Sacred Place isa captivating photography exhibition by Little Haiti documentary photographer, Woosler Delisfort, delves into the spiritual origins of Miami’s Indigenous, African, and Caribbean communities, sharing moments of divine connection in temples, churches, and mosques. Over 75 photographs highlight how culture is creating sacred spaces in Miami that serve as vital sources of reaffirmation of life and community.

This exhibition is a homecoming and full-circle moment for documentary photographer Woosler Delisfort, born and raised in Little Haiti, Miami. A storyteller and witness of Little Haiti is coming home to share the stories of his community. Sacred spaces hold more than comfort, assurance, and community. These locations are vortexes for revolution, healing, congress, and justice. This photo series documents sanctuary rituals, venerations, and commemorations created by the human condition as a portal into the depths of the spiritual world.
