Do you own a place of assembly (restaurant, bar, club, etc.) that will host 50 people or more? You need an Occupant/Occupancy Load Certificate. The City of Miami requires this certificate for locations/areas that are classified as an "assembly" that host 50 or more people in one room. You will not pass inspection and/or may be cited for operating without this certificate.
