View Permit History/Permit Search

A permit history is a detailed record of all building permits issued for a specific property. It includes information such as the type of work performed, completion dates, responsible contractors or owners, and associated costs. Because it is a public record, permit history helps ensure that construction work complies with safety standards, building regulations, and zoning laws. It also provides useful insight into a property’s past repairs, renovations, and upgrades, information that can be valuable for property owners, prospective homebuyers, contractors, and anyone involved in real estate.
