Marina Rates

As of November 1, 2025, we will be implementing a price adjustment on our services and products. This change is necessary due to the overall increases in the cost of operations and to ensure that we can continue delivering the exceptional quality you’ve come to expect from us. See below for rates and details of marina improvements. 

Marina Pricing (before taxes)

A. Transient:

  • Monthly: $52.00 per foot / month 
  • Daily: $7.00 per foot / day 
  • Short-Term 3 Hours MAX: $2.00 per foot 
  • Commercial Pick-up/Drop-off:
    • $80.00 flat rate up to 50’ 
    • $2.00 per foot for 51’-70’ 
    • $7.00 per foot for 71’+ 

B. Long Term: 

  • Non-Liveaboard $27.50 per foot / month 
  • Liveaboard $33.50 per foot / month*
  • Commercial $29.25 per foot / month 
  • Commercial Sightseeing $35.00 per foot / month** 

*Miamarina at Bayside does not allow for liveaboard
**Commercial Sightseeing rate only applies to Miamarina

C. Mooring: 

Vessel to 40: 

  • Overnight $30.50 / night
  • Monthly $415.00 / month 

Vessels 41’ – 60’ 

  • Overnight $36.00 / night
  • Monthly $490.00 / month 

D. Utilities (water and electricity): 

  • Non-Liveaboard $25.00 / month 
  • Liveaboard $27.00 / month 
  • Commercial $27.00 / month 

E. Rack storage at Miami Marine Stadium Marina: 

  • Rack Storage (27’ MIN) $28.35 per foot / month 

F. Miscellaneous Fees: 

  • Automobile Parking fee $26.50 
  • Mechanics / Tradesmen $15 / visit or $50.00 / month 
  • Pump-out non-customer $7.00 
  • Second vessel(dinghy) $315.00 / month 
  • Boat Ramp Launch $10.00 / launch

  • Outside seawall to reopen for commercial vessels 
  • Area behind office building to be improved with landscaping and other renovations
