ANY PERSON WHO ACTS AS A LOBBYIST PURSUANT TO CITY OF MIAMI ORDINANCE NO. 114,69, CODIFIED IN CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE VI OF THE CITY CODE, MUST REGISTER WITH THE CITY CLERK PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN LOBBYING ACTIVITIES BEFORE CITY STAFF, BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND THE CITY COMMISSION.  A COPY OF SAID ORDINANCE IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY HALL.

  1. Approval of the Minutes of October 29, 2025, Housing and Commercial Loan Committee Meeting.

     

  2. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the allocation of $175,000 in City of Miami District 5 Share of Funds (“SAP”) funding to L’Heure Productions Inc., for the development of the 1624 NW 1 Ct project

     

  3. DEFERRED Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the allocation of up to $5,700,000 in Miami Forever Bond (“GOB”) funds to 5350 Flagler Street, LLC for the development of Flagler Villas Phase Two.

     

  4. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the allocation of funds up to $2,400.00 in HOME Investment Partnerships Program (“HOME”) funds to Notre Mason I, LLLP, for the acquisition of land in connection with the Notre Maison project.

Old Business:

  1. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the extension of the Single-Family Rehabilitation loans’ R-25-0445 forgiveness for heirs, to other Rehabilitation programs such as GOB HPP Rehabilitation loans

     

  2. Update of closing contract benchmarks for the Place Louverture project, approved allocation of up to $305,000 in State Housing Initiatives Partnership (“SHIP”) Program funds to BHP Community Land Trust, Inc.

     

  3. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the allocation of additional funding up to $1,000,000.00 for the development of JMR 1890 – River Place project.

     

  4. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the extension of the contract benchmarks for Yaeger Plaza project by Yaeger Plaza Partners, LLC
