Determinations of Use are governed by Section 7.1.2.2 of the Miami 21 Code. Where there is substantial doubt as to whether a particular Use, or classes of Uses not specifically identified in the Miami 21 Code are of the same general character as those listed as permitted, by Warrant or by Exception, the Planning Director shall make a written determination in the matter. Determinations are published within five (5) days from the date of issuance. Once published, Determinations are appealable within fifteen (15) calendar days of the publication of the determination on the City's official website. Appeals can be filed with the Hearing Boards Office. After fifteen (15) calendar days from the time Determinations are published on our website, they become final and are no longer appealable.
