The City of Miami reviews requests for new bus shelters and works with Miami-Dade County and the City’s shelter contractor to evaluate eligible locations. Residents are encouraged to suggest existing bus or trolley stops where a shelter may improve rider comfort and accessibility. Each requested location will be reviewed for feasibility, including available space, ADA accessibility, site conditions, and other applicable requirements.
This form may also be used to request repairs to an existing bus shelter or bench.
