iBuild Portal Link
iBuild is part of the City of Miami's ePlan Review System. iBuild is the online permitting platform where you can apply for permits, manage contractors, request private providers, track applications, print approved permits, extend permits, schedule inspections, and make payments – all in one place.
How to Access?
Click the "Enter iBuild Portal" button below to access the system. Once that page opens, you can login to your existing account or create a new one (see instructions below on how to create an account).

How to Create an Account:
If you are interested in applying for a building permit, you must have an iBuild account. To create an account please follow these steps:
- Visit the iBuild page.
- Click the Create Your iBuild Account button.
- Enter your First name and Last name.
- Enter a valid and working email address.
- Create a password and re-enter the password in the field below.
- Passwords must be at least 5 characters long and must contain alphanumeric characters.
- Click the Create Account button.
- You will receive an email confirming your account creation.
