ANY PERSON WHO ACTS AS A LOBBYIST PURSUANT TO CITY OF MIAMI ORDINANCE NO. 11469, CODIFIED IN CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE VI OF THE CITY CODE, MUST REGISTER WITH THE CITY CLERK PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN LOBBYING ACTIVITIES BEFORE CITY STAFF, BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND THE CITY COMMISSION.  A COPY OF SAID ORDINANCE IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY HALL.

  1. Approval of the Minutes from March 28, 2023, Housing and Commercial Loan Committee Meeting.

     

  2. Discussion/recommendation pertaining to the allocation of up to $305,000 in State Housing Initiatives Partnership (“SHIP”) Program funds to BHP Community Land Trust, Inc. for the development of the Place Louverture project to be located at 6601 NE Miami Place.

     

  3. Discussion/recommendation pertaining to the allocation of up to $2,200,000 in American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”) funds to the Greater St. Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church to be used for the rehabilitation of the Hibiscus-William project in Coconut Grove.

     

  4. Discussion/recommendation pertaining to the financial restructuring of Citadelle Village Project 

     

  5. Discussion/recommendation pertaining to the allocation of $3,000,000 in Miami Forever Bonds (“GOB”) funds to Yaeger Plaza Partners LLC for the Yaeger Plaza Project.

 

Old Business:

  1. Discussion/recommendation pertaining to the exception to the Rent Regulatory Agreement to Miami Jewish Health Systems for the Meyer Building project.

     

  2. Discussion/recommendation pertaining to the consent to a 2-year extension of senior loans to PHG-Park, LLC for the Pinnacle Park project

     

  3. Discussion/recommendation pertaining to borrower Carolina Ramirez’s request to lower her payoff and interest amount on her City of Miami HOME-funded assistance loan. The current loan is non-compliant.
