ANY PERSON WHO ACTS AS A LOBBYIST PURSUANT TO CITY OF MIAMI ORDINANCE NO. 11469, CODIFIED IN CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE VI OF THE CITY CODE, MUST REGISTER WITH THE CITY CLERK PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN LOBBYING ACTIVITIES BEFORE CITY STAFF, BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND THE CITY COMMISSION.  A COPY OF SAID ORDINANCE IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY HALL.

  1. The Approval of the Minutes from the October 4th, 2022, Housing and Commercial Loan Committee Meeting.

     

  2. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to revising the financing terms with the previously awarded contingent $3,500,000 Miami Forever Bond (“GOB”) funds for the Wynwood Works, LLC project by Magellan Housing.

     

  3. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the allocation of up to $2,000,000 of Miami Forever Bond (“GOB”) funds or American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”) funds for Stadium Tower Apartments, LLC; a project by Lewis Swezy

     

  4. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the approval of the multi-family refinancing and subordinate the City of Miami loan related to MTZ Carver Apartments and Shoppes
