ANY PERSON WHO ACTS AS A LOBBYIST PURSUANT TO CITY OF MIAMI ORDINANCE NO. 11469, CODIFIED IN CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE VI OF THE CITY CODE, MUST REGISTER WITH THE CITY CLERK PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN LOBBYING ACTIVITIES BEFORE CITY STAFF, BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND THE CITY COMMISSION. 1. Approval of the Minutes of September 30, 2026, Housing and Commercial Loan Committee Meeting.

2. Recommendation/discussion pertaining to the de-obligation of $1,697,110 in HOME funds and an allocation of $1,697,110 in Public Benefit funds to Station 27, Inc. for the development of the Station 27 project.

A. Recommendation/discussion pertaining to the consent of the sale of the Camacho Building project and assumption of the City’s $960,000 Neighborhood Stabilization Program (“NSP”) loan to Miami-Dade County.

B. Recommendation/discussion pertaining to the consent of the sale of the Edificio Pineiro and assumption of the City’s $1,488,837 HOME and $2,340,766 Neighborhood Stabilization Program 3 (“NSP3”) loans to Miami-Dade County
