ANY PERSON WHO ACTS AS A LOBBYIST PURSUANT TO CITY OF MIAMI ORDINANCE NO. 114,69, CODIFIED IN CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE VI OF THE CITY CODE, MUST REGISTER WITH THE CITY CLERK PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN LOBBYING ACTIVITIES BEFORE CITY STAFF, BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND THE CITY COMMISSION.  A COPY OF SAID ORDINANCE IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY HALL.

  1. Approval of the Minutes of September 23, 2025, Housing and Commercial Loan Committee Meeting.

     

  2. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to an allocation of $4,848,080 in Miami Forever Bond (“GOB”) funds to Gallery at Wagner Creek, LLC for the development of the Gallery at Wagner Creek project.
