ANY PERSON WHO ACTS AS A LOBBYIST PURSUANT TO CITY OF MIAMI ORDINANCE NO. 11469, CODIFIED IN CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE VI OF THE CITY CODE, MUST REGISTER WITH THE CITY CLERK PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN LOBBYING ACTIVITIES BEFORE CITY STAFF, BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND THE CITY COMMISSION.  A COPY OF SAID ORDINANCE IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY HALL.

  1. Approval of the Minutes from July 19, 2022, Housing and Commercial Loan Committee Meeting         

     

  2. Discuss/Recommendation for the allocation of up to $5,000,000 in GOB funds or American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”) to AMC HTG 2, Ltd. in gap financing for the development of Courtside Apartments Phase II project

  3. Discuss/Recommendation for a modification to the financing and lien structure of the $3,000,000 in HOME funds to The Gallery at West Brickell, LLC for the Gallery at West Brickell project.
