ANY PERSON WHO ACTS AS A LOBBYIST PURSUANT TO CITY OF MIAMI ORDINANCE NO. 11469, CODIFIED IN CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE VI OF THE CITY CODE, MUST REGISTER WITH THE CITY CLERK PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN LOBBYING ACTIVITIES BEFORE CITY STAFF, BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND THE CITY COMMISSION.  A COPY OF SAID ORDINANCE IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY HALL.

  1. Approval of the Minutes of July 15, 2026, Housing and Commercial Loan Committee Meeting.

     

  2. Recommendation/discussion pertaining to an allocation of $250,000 in CDBG funding for city-owned property located at 750 and 754 NW 70 St in connection with the 40 plus 10-year Building Recertification compliance and correction of deficiencies.

     

  3. Recommendation/discussion pertaining to an allocation of $250,000 in Anti-Poverty Initiative (“API”) funding of District 2 for construction cost overruns in connection with the Greater St Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church project.

     

  4. Recommendation/discussion pertaining to the de-obligation of $1,634,420 in HOME funds and an allocation of $1,634,420 in Public Benefit funds to JMR 1890, LLC for the development of the River Place project.

     

  5. Recommendation/discussion pertaining to the de-obligation of $1,697,110 in HOME funds and an allocation of $1,697,110 in Public Benefit funds to Station 27, Inc. for the development of the Station 27 project.

     

  6. Recommendation/discussion pertaining to the allocation of an additional $1,634.420 in HOME funds and $2,365,580 in District 3 Public Benefit funds to SG Little Havana, LLC for the development of the SG Little Havana project.

  1. Recommendation/discussion pertaining to the consent of the sale of the Camacho Building project and assumption of the City’s $960,000 Neighborhood Stabilization Program (“NSP”) loan to Miami-Dade County.

     

  2. DEFERRED-Recommendation/discussion pertaining to the consent of the sale of the Edificio Pineiro and assumption of the City’s $1,488,837 HOME and $2,340,766 Neighborhood Stabilization Program 3 (“NSP3”) loans to Miami-Dade County

     

  3. Recommendation/discussion pertaining to the modification to the work scope of the $8,000,000 HOME-ARP loan agreement with Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust in connection with the Hideaway Bay project.
