Pursuant to Section 420.9075(4)(b) of the Florida Statutes, the City of Miami’s Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD) will accept applications from income-eligible households, as noted annually based on County and household size at, for programs funded by the State Housing Initiative Program (SHIP). The SHIP funds will be utilized for the strategies indicated below as detailed in the DHCD’s Local Housing Assistance Plan for FY23-24, found at total funding being received from the State is no less than $3,366,752.
