The Wynwood Vision Plan will document the neighborhood’s history and evolving character; establish architectural and public art guidelines for new construction and adaptive reuse; and outline best practices for implementing the Wynwood NRD-1 code requirements.
The Planning Department and Wynwood BID have engaged Gensler as the lead consultant. Gensler brings both local experience and a regional office within the neighborhood. The eight-month planning process will include multiple opportunities for community and stakeholder engagement.
