Cone of Silence Notices

The “CONE OF SILENCE” is imposed on the following formal solicitations. As such, no city employee shall have any type of communication regarding the below-listed solicitations with any other city employee, elected official or non-city employee. Please direct any calls, emails, questions, inquiries, etc., to the “Contracting Officer” from the issuing department as listed below. When a solicitation is no longer listed herein, the Cone of Silence has been lifted and is no longer in effect.
