Current Project Status (September 2025):
Design, 60% plans submitted in May 2025.
Project Scope:
Design and construction of a greenway and associated right-of-way improvements including roadway reconstruction, sidewalk widening, ADA ramps, on-street parking, drainage system, lighting and other hardscape in accordance with the Miami River Grenway Master Plan. This project is slated to receive federal funding from the FDOT Local Agency Program (LAP).

- Number of properties impacted: Total = 33 (21 Residential and 12 Non-residential)
- Total property value protected: $70M
Project Boundaries:
The project limits are bounded by NW N River Dr between NW 22 Ave and NW 19 Ave; NW 16 Ter East of NW 22 Ave.
Road Closures:
Some road closures may occur during construction but will be sequenced appropriately to minimize disruption to the residents.
