Design and construction of roadway and stormwater infrastructure improvements including roadway reconstruction, curbs, sidewalks, swale regrading / sodding, driveways approaches, ADA ramps, on-street parking, drainage system, and signage and pavement markings. This project also includes a Joint Participation Agreement (JPA) with Miami-Dade Water and Sewer (MDWASD) for the installation of an 8-inch water main, fire hydrants, and water services.
