Current Project Status:
Design 100% plans were approved as noted in March 2025.
Project Scope:
Design and construction of natural shoreline enhancements and associated improvements including dredging, rip-rap, guardrails, pavement milling and resurfacing, signage and pavement markings, and landscaping.

- Total property value protected: $1.5M
Project Boundaries:
The project limits are bounded by NW 13 Street and NW 32 Avenue.
Road Closures:
Some road closures may occur during construction but will be sequenced appropriately to minimize disruption to the residents.
