Design, 30% submittal completed on May 30th, 2025.
Project Scope:
Design and construction of improvements to stabilize the Wagner Creek embankments from NW 20 Street to NW 19 Street, and associated right-of-way improvements. The work includes stabilizing the embankments using sheet piling and geowebs/geocells, installing tidal valves and manatee grates, roadway reconstruction, sidewalks, landscaping, and lighting.

The project limits are bounded by
Embankments along Wagner Creek from NW 20 Street to NW 19 Terr.
Embankment along Wagner Creek from NW 19 Terrace to NW 19 Street.
Walkway west side of Wagner Creek Canal (from NW 20 Street to NW 15 Ave).
Improve sidewalk areas on east side adjacent to impacted by shoreline stabilization improvements from NW 15 Avenue to NW 19 Terrace.

Road Closures:
Some road closures may occur during construction but will be sequenced appropriately to minimize disruption to the residents.
Estimated Construction Timeline:
