Design 100% plans 2nd submittal review comments resolved in May 2025.
Project Scope:
Design and construction of three seawalls in the Fair Isle and South Grove Bayside neighborhoods. The works includes raising or replacing seawalls, dredging, bursting outfall pipes, installing manhole structures, tidal valves, manatee grates, riprap, guardrails, pavement milling and resurfacing, signage and pavement markings, street lighting, and landscaping.

Road Closures:
Some road closures may occur during construction but will be sequenced appropriately to minimize disruption to the residents.
