Design.

Project Scope:

Design and construction of roadway and stormwater infrastructure improvements including milling and resurfacing, sidewalk repairs, curb and gutters, swales, ADA ramps, driveway approaches, drainage system, signage and pavement markings.

Project Cost Estimate:

$4,270,918 

Project Boundaries:

Day Avenue, Percival Avenue, Oak Avenue, Frow Avenue and Florida Avenue between Brooker Street and SW 37 Avenue.

Road Closures:

Some road closures may occur during construction but will be sequenced appropriately to minimize disruption to the residents.

Construction Schedule:

The timeline provided is an estimate and may change due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Construction Start: March 2027
• Construction End: November 2027

Community Meeting:

A community meeting to review the easement process for this project took place on October 16, 2023, at 6:30pm at Armbrister Park.
