Project Scope:

Design and construction of pedestrian safety and greenway improvements and associated right-of-way improvements including sidewalks, ADA ramps, pedestrian crosswalks, planter islands, landscaping, lighting, milling and resurfacing, pavement markings, and related drainage relocations. This project also includes a requested Joint Participation Agreement (JPA) with Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (MDWASD) for water main system betterments.

The project limits are bounded by NW 3 Street between NW 22 Avenue and NW 17 Avenue.
