Current Project Status:

Construction.

Completed: Drainage, milling, like rock grading, sidewalk installation, valley gutter construction, tree planting for the mitigation, and the first layer of asphalt.
Remaining: Placement of the final asphalt layer, application of pavement markings, soil mixing in swale areas, and installation of grass.

Project Scope:

Design and construction of right-of-way improvements including driveway approaches, sidewalks, ADA ramps, valley gutters, curbs, drainage system, milling and resurfacing, roadway reconstruction, pavement markings and signage, swale regrading and sodding, and landscaping. This project also includes a Joint Participation Agreement (JPA) with the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (MDWASD) for the installation of an 8-inch watermain, water service connections, and fire hydrants.
