Current Project Status:

Construction. All drainage work, concrete work and the first lift of asphalt have already been completed. Soil decompaction process in swale areas prior to new tree planting. Once new tree planting is completed, sod installation in all disturbed swale areas, final lift of asphalt, pavement marking and signage.

Project Scope:

Design and construction of right-of-way improvements including roadway reconstruction, drainage system, curbs and gutters, valley gutters, ADA ramps, tree removals and new tree planting.

Project Cost Estimate:

$2,584,378

Road Closures:

Some road closures may occur during construction but will be sequenced appropriately to minimize disruption to the residents.
