Current Project Status (August 2025):

Pre-construction. Construction currently being delayed due to relocation of utilities underground. FPL, Comcast, and AT&T are designing plans and securing permits to perform the utility relocation. Work anticipated to be completed by the end of 2025.

Project Scope:

Design and construction of right-of-way improvements including roadway reconstruction, milling and resurfacing, drainage system, pavement markings and landscaping.
