Design and construction of right-of-way improvements including drainage system, partial roadway reconstruction, milling and resurfacing, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, landscaping, and lighting.

The project will help alleviate localized flooding experienced by the community.

• Number of properties impacted: Total = 87 (56 Residential and 31 Non-residential)
• Total property value protected: $77M

Project Boundaries:

The project limits are bounded by NE 49 Street and NE 50 Street between North Miami Avenue and NE 2 Avenue.

Road Closures:

Some road closures may occur during construction but will be sequenced appropriately to minimize disruption to the residents.

Construction Schedule:

The timeline provided is an estimate and may change due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
