Free VITA Tax Preparation Services at José Marti Park

The City of Miami is launching a new free Tax Preparation Site to support residents during the 2026 tax season. Through the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, eligible residents earning up to $69,000 annually can receive no-cost electronic tax filing, assistance with Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) claims, and FAFSA support for families and students. The initiative reflects the City’s commitment to expanding access to essential services and helping Miami families maximize their financial resources.
