ANY PERSON WHO ACTS AS A LOBBYIST PURSUANT TO CITY OF MIAMI ORDINANCE NO. 11469, CODIFIED IN CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE VI OF THE CITY CODE, MUST REGISTER WITH THE CITY CLERK PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN LOBBYING ACTIVITIES BEFORE CITY STAFF, BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND THE CITY COMMISSION.  A COPY OF SAID ORDINANCE IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY HALL.

  1. Approval of the Minutes from November 17, 2023, Housing and Commercial Loan Committee Meeting.


  2. Discussion/Recommendation regarding the HCLC Annual Report

     

  3. Discussion/Recommendation regarding the modifying unit mix on BHP Community Land Trust, Inc.’s Place Louverture project to be located at 6601 NE Miami Place, which previously received an allocation of up to $305,000 in State Housing Initiatives Partnership (“SHIP”) program funds.

     

  4. Discussion/Recommendation regarding the First Mortgage loan Extension/Refinance of the City of Miami loan for Coral Place Apartments
