  1. Approval of the Minutes of January 28, 2026, Housing and Commercial Loan Committee Meeting.
  2. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the allocation of additional funding up to $1,000,000 for the development of JMR 1890 – River Place project.
  3. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to the allocation of up to $3,500,000 in HOME funds to Edison Towers II, LLC for the development of the Edison Towers II project.
  4. Requesting consent to sale and assumption of City’s $949,938 HOME Loan Agreement and $1,050,062 CDBG loan to GH Lafayette Square Limited Partnership in connection with the Lafayette Square project
  5. Requesting consent to sale and assumption of the City’s $1,166,507 in AHTF funds by GH Lafayette Plaza Limited Partnership in connection with the Lafayette Plaza project.
  6. Requesting consent to sale and assumption of City’s $725,000 HOME loan and $338,580 AHTF loan to GH Emerald Limited Partnership in connection with the Emerald Terrace project.

  2. Recommendation/Discussion pertaining to a modification of contract benchmarks to the City’s $15,000,000 GOB Loan Agreement with Dulce Vida Apartments, LLC in connection with the Dulce Vida Apartments.
