ANY PERSON WHO ACTS AS A LOBBYIST PURSUANT TO CITY OF MIAMI ORDINANCE NO. 11469, CODIFIED IN CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE VI OF THE CITY CODE, MUST REGISTER WITH THE CITY CLERK PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN LOBBYING ACTIVITIES BEFORE CITY STAFF, BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND THE CITY COMMISSION.  A COPY OF SAID ORDINANCE IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY HALL.

  1. Approval of the minutes of March 25, 2026, Housing and Commercial Loan Committee Meeting.

     

  2.  Lofts at Carver Theater - Discussion regarding recommendation of an additional allocation of Affordable Housing Trust Funds (AHTF) of up to $5,300,000 and various project modifications for the Lofts at Carver Theater, located at 6016 NW 7th Avenue.

     

  3. SG Little Havana - Discussion regarding recommendation of an allocation of HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) program funding of up to $4,000,000 to SG Little Havana, LLC (Swerdlow Group), for the development of the SG Little Havana project, located at 1357 Southwest 8th Street and 901 SW 8th Street.

     

  4. Edison Towers II - Discussion regarding recommendation of an allocation of HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) program funding of up to $3,500,000 to Edison Towers II, LLLP (Tacolcy Economic Development Corporation), for the development of the Edison Towers II project, located at 661 NW 58 Street.  

     

  5. Uni+Co - Discussion regarding recommendation of an allocation of HOME Investment Partnerships program (HOME) program funding of up to $4,000,000 to NR Investment 15 LLC (N.R. Investments, Inc) for the development of Uni+Co project, located at 1134 SW 8 Street and 825 SW 13th Court. A

     

  6. Aqua MIA - Discussion regarding recommendation of an allocation of HOME Investment Partnerships program (HOME) program of up to $4,000,000 to Mabruk USA, LLC, for the development of Aqua MIA project, located at 1251 SW 7th Street.

     

  7. River Place - Discussion regarding recommendation of a HOME Investment Partnerships program (HOME) funding of up to $497,002 to JMR 1890, LLC., for the development of River Place, located at 1890 NW 19 Street.

 

Old Business:

  1. Discussion regarding request from the borrower, Little Haiti Gateway, Inc., to forgive the remaining five (5) years of housing affordability in connection with the Little Haiti Gatehouse project, located at 6201 NE 2nd Avenue, Miami, FL, to allow for the development of Notre Maison I, which lies within the Little Haiti Gateway campus. 

     

  2. Discussion regarding request from the developer, 2901 Wynwood LLC, to modify the housing unit mix of 36 city-assisted units of the project known as View 29.

     

  3. Revised HCLC Annual Report
