ANY PERSON WHO ACTS AS A LOBBYIST PURSUANT TO CITY OF MIAMI ORDINANCE NO. 11469, CODIFIED IN CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE VI OF THE CITY CODE, MUST REGISTER WITH THE CITY CLERK PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN LOBBYING ACTIVITIES BEFORE CITY STAFF, BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND THE CITY COMMISSION. A COPY OF SAID ORDINANCE IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY HALL.

1.Approval of the Minutes of October 28, 2026, Housing and Commercial Loan Committee Meeting.

2.Discussion/recommendation pertaining to the allocation of $1,097,110 in State Housing Initiatives Partnership (“SHIP”) funding to Station 27 Inc. for the development of the Station 27 project.

3. Discussion/recommendation pertaining to the review of the heirs of Ms. Blanca Nieves Madero request to either assume, subordinate, or extend the payoff due date of their mother’s HOME-funded $18,000 purchase Loan, which does not mature until 2037.
