PUBLIC NOTICE
Housing & Commercial Loan Committee Meeting
June 25, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.

The City of Miami Housing & Commercial Loan Committee (HCLC) will conduct a public meeting at City Hall, Commission Chambers, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, FL 33133, on June 25, 2025, on funding amendments affecting the City’s Annual Action Plan for U.S. HUD & other city-funded programs. At the meeting on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 25, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., the HCLC will discuss items related to general business and policies and provide the public an opportunity to comment on funding amendments affecting the City’s Annual Action Plan for U.S. HUD & other City-funded programs. The approval by the HCLC, related to the proposed amendment(s), authorizes the City Manager to draft/amend the appropriate City of Miami Annual Action Plan. Certain item(s) may be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 30 days.  The review and comment period begins on May 23, 2025, and ends on June 25, 2025. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to the HCLC for approval on June 25, 2025. Draft copies will be available at the City of Miami, Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), located at 444 SW 2nd Ave., 9th Floor, Miami, FL 33130. Comments to amendment(s) may also be submitted in writing to the HCD address, Attn: Patricia Rueda, and must be received no later than June 25, 2025.

The meeting site is accessible to the disabled.
