Ten (10) firefighter dorms, restrooms, watch cage sleeping quarters
Three (3) LT dorms with restrooms

Gym
Day room
Storage room
Four (4) drive-through bays
Adjoined three-level parking garage with approx. 33 parking spaces
All other required fire station elements
Total square footage of the facility is 55,200 SF
