Amber L. Ketterer

Division Chief, Land Use and Transactions

Ms. Ketterer joined the Office of the City Attorney in June 2017 and is presently the Division Chief for the Land Use and Transactions Division. Ms. Ketterer focuses on land use matters, including matters related to rezonings, zoning code amendments, comprehensive plan amendments, special area plans, development agreements, restrictive covenants, and entitlements. She works closely with the Planning Department and the Office of Zoning and also advises the City’s Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board. Prior to joining the Office of the City Attorney, Ms. Ketterer was in private practice handling various creditor litigation, commercial law, and collections matters on behalf of financial institutions and other clients. She is also co-author of the published Florida Bar Journal article titled "The Bert J. Harris, Jr. Private Property Rights Protection Act: An Overview, Recent Developments, and What the Future May Hold."
