Mr. Forman joined the Office of the City Attorney in October 2023. Mr. Forman is an Assistant City Attorney in the Litigation and Appeals Division handling torts and other state law claims. Prior to joining the Office of the City Attorney, Mr. Forman served as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County, where he handled a variety of cases ranging from misdemeanors to violent felonies. After three years, Mr. Forman transferred to the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. Mr. Forman was a member of the Multi-Agency Gang Strike Force where he investigated and tried complex cases including murder, attempted murder, armed burglary, kidnapping, narcotics trafficking, and firearms related offenses.
