Kenny Vixama

Mr. Vixama joined the Office of the City Attorney in April 2023. Mr. Vixama is an Assistant City Attorney in the Litigation and Appeals Division handling torts and other state law claims. Prior to joining the Office of the City Attorney, Mr. Vixama practiced PIP law for a short time before becoming an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County. As a prosecutor for over six years, Mr. Vixama handled all types of cases from simple misdemeanors to first degree violent felonies. He then rose up the ranks becoming a supervisor where he was tasked with case filing, personnel oversight and the training of attorneys. Subsequently he was assigned to the Traffic Homicide Unit where he prosecuted various homicide and manslaughter charges involving vehicles.
