Mr. Pereira joined the Office of the City Attorney in June 2023 as an Assistant City Attorney and is assigned in the Real Estate and Compliance Division. He currently handles affordable housing, community development, real estate, contracts, grants, and legislative matters. Prior to becoming an Assistant City Attorney, he served as a Legal Consultant working on transactional matters within the Office of the City Attorney. Previously, Mr. Pereira worked in private practice handling real estate and corporate matters.
