Current Project Status:

Design, 100% production plans to be submitted by June 2025.

Project Scope:

Design and construction of a greenway and associated right-of-way improvements including roadway reconstruction, milling and resurfacing, sidewalks, ADA ramps, drainage system, and lighting in accordance with the Miami River Greenway Master Plan.

Project Phases:

Phase I - The intent of this phase is to remove NB Pavement, Reconstruct NB Lane, Curb and Gutter, Shoulder, Sidewalk and construct new drainage.

Phase II - The intent of this phase is to remove SB Pavement, Reconstruct SB Lane, Curb and Gutter, Shoulder, Sidewalk and construct new drainage.

Phase III - The intent of this phase is to construct overlay, curb and gutter along NW 24^th Ave and Miami River Greenway. This phase is done in two steps with flagger. Step 1 Construct Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter up to Stadium along NW 24^th Ave and Detour the pedestrian traffic along the Miami River Greenway from the sidewalk on the southside. After the North side sidewalk is construct. Shift the pedestrians to the newly constructed sidewalk and construct rest of the sidewalk along the south side.

Phase IV - The intent of this phase is to install Friction Course and Pavement Marking.
