Project Scope:

The project has two phases. Phase 1A - Design and construction of right of way improvements including roadway reconstruction, milling and resurfacing, drainage, minor driveway and sidewalk work and installation of one new injection well, Phase 1B - Deep cleaning of the existing wells. Assessment of site. Design and construction of new drainage, including new injection wells, as applicable.

The project will help alleviate localized flooding experienced by the community.

  • Number of properties impacted: Total = 35 Total (35 Residential)
  • Total property value protected: $60M

Project Boundaries:

The project limits are bounded by North Bay Homes Drive between SW 37 Avenue and South Bay Homes Drive.

Road Closures:

Some road closures may occur during construction but will be sequenced appropriately to minimize disruption to the residents.

  • Estimated Construction Start: Fall 2025
  • Estimated Construction End: Fall 2026
