Current Project Status:

Design 90% submittal received in May 2025. Comments provided in June 2025. PM provided comments to consultant for re-submittal by mid-September 2025.

Project Scope:

Design and construction of eight seawalls in the Edgewater neighborhood. The works includes raising or replacing seawalls, dredging, bursting outfall pipes, installing manhole structures, tidal valves, manatee grates, riprap, guardrails, pavement milling and resurfacing, signage and pavement markings, street lighting, and landscaping.

The project limits are bounded by NE 22 Street along Biscayne Bay; NE 22 Terrace along Biscayne Bay; NE 25 Street along Biscayne Bay; NE 26 Street along Biscayne Bay; NE 27 Street along Biscayne Bay; NE 30 Street along Biscayne Bay; NE 30 Terrace along Biscayne Bay; NE 35 Street along Biscayne Bay.
