Current Project Status (June 2025):

Design completed. The design is completed, and 100% plans were approved by RPW in April 2023.

Project Scope:

Design and construction of a raised intersection and associated and right-of-way improvements including roadway reconstruction, milling and resurfacing, ADA ramps, drainage system, pavement markings and signage.

Note: This project will be built under B-223802 Auburndale Neighborhood Flood Improvements.

Project Boundaries:

The project limits are bounded by intersection of SW 32 Avenue and SW 2 Street.

Some road closures may occur during construction but will be sequenced appropriately to minimize disruption to the residents.
