Current Project Status (November 2025):
Design Build Procurement.
Project Scope:
Design-Build of stormwater infrastructure and associated roadway improvements including new and upsized stormwater inlets and pipes, exfiltration trenches, stormwater pump station with injection wells, roadway reconstruction, milling and resurfacing, ADA ramps, signage and pavement markings. Pump station at intersection of SW 37 Ave and NW 4 St.

The project will help alleviate localized flooding experienced by the community.

Road Closures:
Some road closures will occur during construction but will be sequenced appropriately to minimize disruption to the residents.
