Pre-applications available for 4 affordable twin homes for sale in D1

Starting Monday, April 27, 2026, the City of Miami will make pre-applications available for income-eligible, first-time homebuyers interested in purchasing one of four, new construction twin homes as their primary residence. Construction of the twin homes, which are all priced at $400,000, is set for completion later this year.
