Free VITA Tax Preparation Services at José Marti Park

The City of Miami is launching a new free Tax Preparation Site to support residents during the 2026 tax season. Through the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, eligible residents earning up to $69,000 annually can receive no-cost electronic tax filing, assistance with Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) claims, and FAFSA support for families and students.
