Per Miami City Code Section 12.5-44(d), At least ten days prior to the making of any appointment, the appointing party shall cause the City Clerk to have available to the public and the City Clerk shall publicly announce the list of names of prospective appointee(s) with a short statement of the qualifications of such person and make available for public inspection and consideration.

The nomination form is available for public inspection at the Office of the City Clerk, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, FL 33133, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
The City Commission may consider appointments to the Little Haiti Revitalization Trust at the Miami City Commission meeting presently scheduled for Thursday, June 11, 2026.
