Ms. Aguirre joined the Office of the City Attorney in March of 2022. She is assigned to the Labor and Employment Division. Ms. Aguirre represents the City of Miami before the Civil Service Board, during arbitration proceedings, in collective bargaining, and in state and federal employment litigation. Prior to joining the Office of the City Attorney, Ms. Aguirre was an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County.
