South Golden Pines - No Outlet Streets Improvements

Design. Easement coordination in process; to be completed by the end of June 2025.
Project Scope:
Design and construction of right-of-way improvements including driveway approaches, sidewalks, ADA ramps, valley gutters, curbs, drainage system, milling and resurfacing, roadway reconstruction, pavement markings and signage, swale regrading and sodding. This project requires securing perpetual easements for new sidewalks. This project also includes a Joint Participation Agreement (JPA) with the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (MDWASD) for the installation of an 8-inch watermain, water service connections, and fire hydrants.

The project limits are bounded by No outlet streets North of SW 27 Street between SW 27 Avenue and SW 32 Avenue (SW 27 Ct, SW 28 Ave, SW 28 Ct, SW 29 Ave, SW 29 Ct, SW 29 Pl, SW 30 Ave, SW 30 Ct, SW 31 Ave, SW 31 Ct, and SW 31 Pl).
No outlet streets South of SW 27 Street between SW 27 Avenue and SW 32 Avenue (SW 27 Ct, SW 28 Ave, SW 28 Ct, SW 29 Ct).
Road Closures:
Some road closures may occur during construction but will be sequenced appropriately to minimize disruption to the residents.
Estimated Construction Timeline:
